Our growing database currently has over 6,000 oncology sales representatives, 800 oncology sales managers and 200 oncology sales directors. In addition, we have over 1,000 contacts in oncology marketing and at the executive level. We continue to make the necessary investments to grow and maintain our database of oncology sales and marketing contacts and are committed to keeping it accurate.
One of the most important aspects of our business model is to keep our client list small and we are very careful about taking on new clients. Because of our focused niche, a small client list is important because we consider our clients partners and we don’t recruit away from partners! So while it sometimes means turning down opportunities to work with a new client, we are very purposeful about keeping our candidate pool as large as possible. This enables us to cast a wider net for each search assignment.
We place a strong emphasis on internal efficiency, process, and organization so that important details are not lost and logistics flow smoothly for our clients and candidates when we take on larger search projects.
